New management at OKS

OKS Spezialschmierstoffe GmbH, an international supplier of high-quality chemical-technical products and speciality lubricants for maintenance and operation, is reorganising its management team.

Christian Göggelmann, CEO and Spokesman of the OKS Management Board, will be taking up the new position of ‘Head of Global Sales’ in September, focussing on the further expansion of the company's global sales activities. His previous role as CEO will be taken over by Mrs Diana Stirner, who joins OKS from its parent company Freudenberg Chemical Specialities GmbH (FCS). The OKS management team now consists of Diana Stirner (CEO) and Florian Zäuner (CFO).

The reorganisation reflects the company's successful development and expansion into foreign markets. Exports have risen to over 50% in recent years, the sales network now covers more than 55 countries and the number of international trading partners has increased to over 200.
With the growing importance of the export business, the previous dual function of commercial and sales management was no longer feasible. Mr Göggelmann, who joined the company in 2011 as Head of Marketing and Sales, has successfully driven OKS' international expansion in recent years. As Head of Global Sales, he will now focus on this role.
Stirner brings extensive experience from professional positions at BASF and in management consulting. She has been with FCS since 2020, initially in corporate development and most recently in the management of a FCS subsidiary. 
In line with the strategic direction of FCS with its five brands, she will focus on coordinating the internal activities of OKS with the other FCS brands.
At the same time, Stirner will be tasked with further developing OKS's technological expertise and innovative strength for sustainable lubricants that are in demand in the marketplace, as well as successfully aligning and positioning the company both within the FCS Group and in the marketplace.
